A weekly 30min mentoring session to check in, to support you and to encourage your journey. Conducted via phone or computer where we discuss your questions, and wins or struggles you may have in a safe and friendly environment.

PERSONALISED ONE-TO-ONE
We will talk about what led you here, your goals and aspirations. We will share stories both mine and yours. I will share my knowledge to help you achieve the goals in your mind. I will encourage, empower and celebrate your achievements , listen, support and mentor you on your journey.

GROUP SESSIONS
We will come together online to share the journey, revisit your goals, and share stories in a safe space to with feedback and constructive criticism. You may gain ideas from the group members or from myself – and see how others are achieving their goals (or not). A place for encouragement, motivation, support and celebration of the little steps along the way.

ONLINE COMMUNITY
A space that you can jump into online from the comfort of your own home and at your convenience, and come together on the Johnny M Crew Facebook Group.
